POLICIES

Tardiness

-No penalty will be given to a client within the 15 minute grace period started at the time of the scheduled appointment.

-Client will notify studio of any tardiness beyond the 15 minutes grace period prior to the start time of any scheduled appointment.

-No shows will result in being banned from the studio at the owners discretion.

Cancellations

-Cancellations will result in loss of your deposit (Rebooking is recommended to keep deposit).

-No refunds, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Friends

-Each client is permitted to bring one friend 18+

-No Children

Health

-If you are sick just send over an email for rebooking, your deposit will be saved for the next appointment.

-If you are diabetic please leave that information in the booking form at checkout.

-If you need any special accommodations for the service or for when you arrive because you use a wheelchair or cane also leave this information in the booking form.

Payment

-All nail appointments will be reserved once the deposit has been received.
-All deposits are $20 except gel manicures
-Deposit will be deducted from the overall booking price.

-Card (2.6% + $0.10)

-Cash (Preferred)

-Venmo

-Zelle

Things to Note

-All nail services will be performed using one of either methods called dry manicure or Russian manicure.  (not all clients need a Russian manicure. We might recommend a different method for cuticle removal, we can discuss this in person)

-All clients are expected to wash hands before beginning.

-Jam Everything Studio Nail Lab clients are held to a high standard. At Jam Everything studio we hope to build a community of likeminded individuals who look to support and uplift Mexican-American creativity. We appreciate and celebrate all BIPOC people and cultures.
